Azerbaijani SOCAR to build resort in Montenegro

The State oil Company of the Azerbaijani Republic (SOCAR) plans to turn a former military base in Montenegro into a resort, investing 258 million euro in the project, Trend cites the Council for Privatization and Capital Projects of Montenegro on Friday.
