Moldovan PM arrives in Georgia

Moldovan Prime Minister Vlad Filat is on a three-day visit to Tbilisi today, Trend reports.

The Moldovan official met Georgian Prime Minister Vano Merabishvili and government members at the Georgian State Chancellery.

The prime ministers will visit a customs office in Lilo (outskirts of Tbilisi) to sign intergovernmental deals, including agreements on the visa-free regime, freighting, customs cooperation, collaboration in healthcare and medicine.

Moldova is interested in Georgian reform experience.

Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili and Speaker of Parliament David Bakradze will meet Filat.

The Moldovan PM will attend an international conference on Georgia and EU to discuss bilateral relations and their development.
