The governor of Krasnodar Territory, Alexander Tkachyov, has dismissed the head of Krymsk, Vladimir Ulanovsky, and of the Krymsky District, Vasily Krutko, RIA Novosti reports.

The government announced its decision at the Council of Municipal Formation on Monday. The Krymsky District experienced the biggest flood repercussions. Over 170 people died. Such hard times require executives capable of consolidating people, Tkachyov says.
