Armavia not to buy new Superjet 100
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaThe national air carrier of Armenia, "Armavia", has refused to purchase
a second Sukhoi Superjet 100 (SSJ-100) aircraft, Interfax reports
quoting the airline's spokeswoman, Nana Avetisova.
Avetisova said that the second SSJ-100 was planned to be purchased
during the period from June 20-July 30, 2012.
The first Sukhoi Superjet 100 became the property of the airline on
April 19, 2011. In February, the president of the company "Sukhoi Civil
Aircraft", Vladimir Prisyajnyuk, reported that the company expects to
sign a firm contract with "Armavia" for the supply of six aircrafts.
