Armenian MPs fined over Rolls-Royces

The Armenian police have fined owners of Rolls-Royces with numbers 08 օւ 888 and 60 us 006. The first one belongs to Ruben Ayrapetyan, the second to Samvel Aleksanyan, News.am reports.

The cars lack insurances and technical inspection certificates.
