Russia to double military presence in Armenia

Russia plans to double the number of troops in Armenia, Tert.am reports.

Russia has about 5,000 servicemen in Armenia and plans to make it 10,000. The initiative was provoked by the complicated situation in Syria where a military intervention is expected.
