Doctor detained in tinted car bribery scandal in North Ossetia

A doctor in North Ossetia was caught issuing false medical certificates about allergies to sun for drivers willing to keep their tinted car windows, Interfax reports.

The doctor in Vladikavkaz was handing certificates for 3,000 rubles. He gave two such certificates and was caught issuing another one.
