Ministry for Housing and Utilities opens in Stavropol Territory

Stavropol Territory has formed a Ministry for Housing and Utilities, Yuga.ru reports.

The ministry was formed from the regional committee for housing, as ordered on July 11, 2012 by the governor of Stavropol Territory, Valery Zerenkov.

The governor also ordered the formation of a Transport Ministry.
