Chief of Russia-Belarus United State praises Customs Union and SES

Grigory Rapota, State Secretary of the Union State of Russia and Belarus, praises integration processes on the post-Soviet space for the upcoming conference in Vitebsk, ITAR-TASS reports.

He reminded about existence of the CIS, Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC), Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), Organization for Democracy and Economic Development (GUAM), Collective Security treaty Organization (CSTO).

Rapota believes that the Customs Union has some of the best prospects. The Single Economic Space may supplement it. There is no need for a center to coordinate integration processes, all issues will be discussed at the CIS platform, he supposes.
