No independent candidates for governor in Krasnodar Territory

The Krasnodar Territory plans to consider the bill on governor elections, Yuga.ru reports.
According to law N2519-KZ, a governor should be a Russian citizen elected via suffrage. Candidates must be members of political parties in order to be elected, no independent candidates may run for governor.
A candidate needs to be at least 30 years old, must not have foreign citizenship, criminal records of extremism. One person cannot be a governor for over 2 terms of office.
Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Alexander Tkachyov was not affected by the new law on governors. He was reelected on March 21, receiving 57 votes for and 4 against.
