Iranian-Russian working group on inter-regional cooperation meets

Tabriz is hosting a session of the Iranian-Russian working group for inter-regional cooperation, Iran News reports.

The session will be held for 2 days at the Shahriyar Hotel, attended by state officials and businessmen. They will discuss inter-regional cooperation and signing of deals between regions.

Russia is represented by officials from Saint-Petersburg, Astrakhan, Chuvashia, Dagestan, Tatarstan. Iranian officials come from Isfahan, Khuzestan, Razavi Khorasan, Kazvin, Gilan, Mazandaran, Yezd and Eastern Azerbaijan.

A memorandum will be signed on inter-regional cooperation of the two states on July 17.
