State financing of Azerbaijani political parties to start in 2013

State financing of political parties in Azerbaijan will start in 2013, News Azerbaijan reports.

Safa Mirzoyev, head of the parliamentary office, said on Tuesday that the law regulating party financing was considered by the parliament. The president signed the document.
