Miss Russia gets prettier in the Caucasus

In a month China will welcome the competition Miss World. Russia will be presented by Miss Russia-2012 Yelizaveta Golovanova. She was born in the small town of Safonovo in the Smolensk Region and spent 17 years there. Then, she entered Moscow State Transport University, where she has been studying for 18 months. And then she participated in the competition Miss Russia and won. “We had a difficult period of preparation. For a month we went in for defile, sports. We worked hard to present the audience the festival and good mood. The most difficult thing is mental, as we were in a closed space; many girls and permanent communication… Sometimes we had to change our habits. It was the hardest aspect,” Golovanova says.

Speaking about the coming contest in China, the most beautiful girl of Russia said: “I will probably have five big bags where presents for other girls participating in Miss World, jury members, and initiators will be stored. I also take evening gowns, cocktail dresses, sports clothes, home clothes, beech suits, shoes, and a lot of other things.

First of all, I should spread not only esthetic, but also emotional, spiritual beauty. It is very important when you want to warm people by words and gestures. I participate in charity actively. We try to help children. We went to Irkutsk at the charity event “Operation Smile”. It is aimed at elimination of maxillofacial defects of children. I was very glad to meet doctors from various countries, the best surgeon-estheticians who help children to have a new second life. Life is so interesting that you shouldn’t predict. I think I will continue to study in the university of course and gain the diploma, as well as knowledge. But I also want to work at television, but not in entertainment shows. I prefer more serious talk shows.”

Golovano told VK: “It was very interesting to step into this amazing world. But I am an adequate person without illusions. I tried not to exaggerate my fantasies and estimate the situation adequately. Of course I did my best and wanted to win. The biggest thing is desire and striving. I have been to the Caucasus for many times. When I was at school, our class went for vacation there, because the climate, water, and the sun encourage a child to grow strong and beautiful.”
