President Saakashvili proposes deal with Georgia

Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili has proposed formation of a document, aka a deal with the local population. It was developed by the United National Movement, signed by Prime Minister Vano Merabishvili and President Saakashvili, News Georgia reports.

Each family in Georgia will have a copy of the deal. The document states that the movement has beaten the red tape and crime in the last 8 years and is building a new state. All socially unprotected people, children under the age of 6, pensioners, teachers, refugees, police officers and servicemen will have insurances.

The United National Movement plans to open over 500 enterprises to work on 90% of agricultural lands. 2000 new tractors will be purchased. Families will receive vouchers worth 1000 lari ($606) and will be free to decide how to spend them.
