State property fraud case initiated in Kabardino-Balkaria

Illegal operations with state property of the Trans-Elbrus Cableways worth 145 rubles have been exposed in Kabardino-Balkaria, ITAR-TASS reports.

Officials of the Ministry for State Property and Land Resources and the Trans-Elbrus Cableways granted Elbrus Resort ownership of property worth over 145 million rubles. Although Trans-Elbrus Cableways has financial difficulties and a debt of over 190 million rubles.

As a result, the creditors suffered a loss of over 190 million rubles. A criminal case was initiated.
