Azerbaijan to blacklist observers of Nagorno-Karabakh elections

Baku believes that presidential polls in Nagorno-Karabakh would impede a settlement of the conflict in the region, RIA Novosti reports.

Presidential polls in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic were set for July 19, 2012. Spokesman of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Elman Abdullayev said today that the process would enforce the status quo. He added that all people monitoring the elections will be banned from visits to Azerbaijan.
