Ecologists check terminal in Tuapse

An independent international ecological commission will check the work of the Tuapse bulk mineral fertilizer transfer terminal, RIA Novosti reports, with reference to the administration of the Krasnodarski region.
The terminal is planned to start operating in 2010. Its construction provoked many protests from ecologists and locals. The international consulting company ERM UK will supervise the inspection.
