Prosecutor General’s Office condemns North Caucasus emergency services
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaThe Prosecutor General’s Office has criticized the North Caucasus Regional Center of the Russian Ministry for Emergencies for poor fire security, Yuga.ru reports.
The office noted underuse of supervision authority of the ministry. The inspection found violations of law when licensing fire security service and reconstruction of buildings. Terms of filling vacancies at state civil services had violations as well.
Russian Deputy Prosecutor General Ivan Sydoruk ordered head of the North Caucasus Regional Center of the Russian Ministry for Emergencies Nikolai Lityuk to punish all people responsible for the violations.
