Turkmen president blame-storms ministries

Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has fired several high-ranking officials after a meeting on July 20, CA-News reports.

The president fired N. Orazov, head of the Main State Service of Turkmenistan, Turkmenstandartlary, his deputy O. Atayev for violation of permits for heavy vehicles, S. Berkeliyev, Minister for Automobile Transport, for permits to heavy vehicles and violation of financial discipline, A. Muhammedov, Deputy Minister for Communication.

Minister for Construction J. Bayramov was told off for violations in his work. Head of Turkmenistan Airlines was warned about possible dismissal.
