Tajik officers give militants time to turn murderer of General Nazarov over

A temporary cease-fire has been announced at the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Province of Tajikistan, Interfax reports.

The government demands militants to drop weapons and turn over the murderer of General Abdullo Nazarov, head of the State Committee for National Security. 

Negotiations and the cease-fire will continue until 2 pm.
