Krymsk authorities didn't notify residents about flooding

The authorities of Krymsk, a Russian town devastated by flooding, did nothing to notify the town's residents about the danger, the head of the Russian Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, told President Putin, Ekho Moskvy reports.

The document confirming such notification is fake, the committee learned.
