Cyprus offers refuge to 200,000 foreigners in Syria

Cyprus will offer shelter to 200,000 foreigners if they need to be evacuated from Syria, Foreign Minister Erato Kozakou-Marcoullis said, Interfax reports.

Cyprus had about 70,000 foreign citizens transported through its territory during the war in Lebanon in 2006.
