Russia's Medvedev hissed at in London

Russian Prime MInister Dmitry Medvedev was hissed at this weekend in London, where he attended the Olympic Games, Grani.ru reports.

A crowd of protesters gathered in front of the Russian Embassy in London on Saturday and hissed at Medvedev as his cortege was passing by.

The protesters chanted "Down with Putin".

On the verge of the Olympics some British lawmakers demanded that top Russian officials should be banned from entering the United Kingdom. The initiative was not supported by the Parliament.
