New chief of border guards appointed in Turkmenistan

Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Commander of the Armed Forces, has replaced replaced Myrat Islamov with Aman Garayev as the Commander of Border Troops, Trend reports.

Islamov has been appointed as the Vice Principal for Morale Building at the Border Institute of Turkmenistan.
