New suspect of Budanov’s case may occur

Yusup-Haji Temerkhanov is accused of murdering Col. Yuri Budanov, Izvestia reports.

According to genetic studies, Temerkhanov’s younger brother Yunus may be involved in the case. The murder is believed to be revenge for murder of his father at the Galdagan Village of the Kurchaloyevsky District of Chechnya by three unidentified soldiers of the military base N73881 on the night of February 13, 2000. Temerkhanov asked two other people to help him.

Budanov was on his way to a notary office on Komsomolskaya Avenue, 38/16, at noon on June 10. Temerkhanov made 8 shots, four of them in Budanov’s head. Temerkhanov had his final accusation announced in July 2012.
