Car blast in Dagestan

A private car has been blown up at around 02:30 Moscow Time in the village of Mitagi-Kazmalyar in the Derbentskii region of Dagestan. The 20-year old driver, said to be a relative of a police officer, died at the crime scene, Interfax reports.
