Former Georgian PM takes Georgian Railway under control

100% of shares of Georgian Railway have been sold to the Partner Fund of Georgia, a fund under control of former Prime Minister Nika Gilauri, Business Georgia reports.

The order to purchase the shares was made on August 6 and published on August 9.
