Tatarstan to file lawsuit against Kuban Airlines for delayed flights

The Transport Prosecutor’s Office of Tatarstan has filed a lawsuit against Kuban Airlines, Interfax reports.

Kuban Airlines had 13 delays of international flights from the Kazan International Airport to Antalya (Turkey) and Barcelona (Spain) from June 3 to July 18. Delays exceeded an hour and no reserve flights were organized.

1,832 passengers suffered from the delays.
