Ingushetia loses 70% of harvest

Heavy rain and hurricanes striking Ingushetia on June 16-19 destroyed 70% of harvest, including barley and wheat, despite the new park of agricultural vehicles, RIA Novosti reports.

17,000 hectares will be harvested by over 170 machines provided by Rosagroleasing.

The rains have caused an economic damage of 2.5 billion rubles. Some people were cut from the rest of the world by flood and received supplies by air.
