Azerbaijan and Syria reach agreement on gas supplies for 20 years

Azerbaijan and Syria have reached an agreement on gas prices and different issues of its transportation, Syrian Minister of Oil and Mineral Resources Sufian al-Alaw announced, APA reports.

According to him, the sides signed a gas supply agreement for 20 years. Azerbaijan will transport between 1 billion and 1.5 billion cubic meters of gas to Syria annually. The gas will be transported through the territories of Georgia and Turkey
