An EU adviser on economics, Mehrdad Emadi, believes that there must be a reduction of Iran’s dependency on oil exports, Trend reports.

Iranian oil exports in June-July dropped to 1.1 million barrels daily, compared with 2 million in early 2012.

Iranian Deputy Minister for Industry and Mines for international affairs Ali Asgar Ramzi said that Iranian income from non-petroleum industry increased from $7 billion to $50 billion in the last 10 years. Big economic growth was achieved in two years of the five-year plan.
