Suspect in Putin murder plot refuses to testify

According to investigators, 28-year old Ilia Pyanzin and 26-year old Ruslan Madayev arrived in Odessa from the Arab Emirates in December 2011. They were instructed by Doku Umarov, a Chechen terrorist leader, to organize terrorist attacks in Ukraine and Chechnya. They were under leadership of Adam Osmayev, a suspect of an attempt to murder Kadyrov in 2007.
