Smiling Georgia social program launched

The presidential social program "Smiling Georgia has been launched in the Guria Region of Georgia today, Vzglyad reports.

President Mikheil Saakashvili announced the program about a year ago. All senior citizens will have new teeth by the end of 2012, the president said. According to the program, all socially unprotected people aged over 50 will have free dental care.

Notably, the program was launched in the light of the upcoming parliamentary polls of October 1, 2012.
