Georgia simplifies business registration

Georgian businessmen will have fewer difficulties registering their
business, Business Georgia reports.

According to the head of the National Agency of Public Registry of the
Georgian Ministry of Justice, Soso Tsikarishvili, the agency’s
specialists have developed standard forms of charters for companies
with various forms of property, which can be found on an Internet
site. The site also offers consulting on all registration questions.
