EU to send humanitarian aid to Syrian population

The European Union has issued about €63 million for humanitarian aid for Syria, spokesman of the European Commission Olivier Bayi said, RIA Novosti reports.

The UN high commission for refugees says that about 270,000 Syrians have become refugees.
