The  head of the presidential administration of Belarus, Vladimir Makey, formerly

included on the "black list" of the EU, who was appointed the

Foreign Minister of Belarus today, should be free to visit any country, RIA

Novosti cites the press secretary of the Belarusian

Foreign Ministry, Andrei Savinykh.

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko dismissed Foreign Minister

Sergei Martynov and appointed Foreign Minister Vladimir Makey.

The dismissal of Martynov was explained by a "transfer to another job."

Vladimir Makey is included on the "black list" of the European Union.

However, "from the point of view of common sense, the foreign minister

of any country is free to contact his colleagues," Savinykh said.
