TV Channel "Kultura" to discuss national traditions in Russia

The TV-Channel Kultura will regularly present thematic films and programs

about inter-ethnic relations, RIA Novosti reports referring to the

press service of the Ministry of Communications.

Earlier, Vladimir Putin told Nikolai Nikiforov to prepare some

proposals for the program on the cultures, history and traditions of the

peoples of Russia by September 1.

Thus, the TV-channels Russia-1, Russia-2 and Russia-K (Kultura) broadcast

numerous programs on this problem.

The TV-Channel "Kultura" confirmed that it is ready to regularly present

similar films and programs.
