Military helicopter crashes in Iran

Four people were killed in a crash of a military helicopter in Iran, IRNA reports. The accident occurred near the town of Sardasht in Kurdistan province, near the Iraqi border, Trend reports.

It is reported that the dead, including three crew members and one soldier, were members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC).

According to preliminary data, the cause of the accident was a technical failure of the helicopter.
