Turkish speaker of parliament presents national rapprochement concept

Turkish Speaker of Parliament Cemil Cicek has urged development of a concept for national rapprochement, Trend reports.

He urged all terrorists to give up. The proposed concept will have 11 points for public discussions. The document calls for cooperation of all political parties, NGOs and publicity.
