US embassies to issue visas for owners of neutral documents of Abkhazia and South Ossetia

US consulates can now issue visas to Abkhazians and South Ossetians with neutral documents, News Georgia reports.

Neutral documents are of humanitarian nature and allow Abkhazians and South Ossetians to visit other states. The US recognized the neutral documents of the two states on June 5, 2012. Israel recognized them last week. Japan, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Poland recognize have recognized them.
