Prehistoric caves found in Azerbaijan

The Institute for History and Ethnography of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan has found caves of probably used by prehistoric people, Trend reports.
The Jeyrachelsky Expedition headed by PhD in History Mansur Mansurov found tha caves at a height of 2500 meters north of the Lakit-Kotukli Village in the Gakhsky District.
Archeological studies were made in Ilisu, Sarybash, Agchay, Lakit and Lakit-Kotuklu of the Gakhsky District.
