Turkmenistan to host Khazar-2012 naval drills

Turkmenistan will have the first naval drills in the Caspian Sea called Khazar-2012, 1news.az reports.

Turkmen Defense Minister Begench Gundogdiyev told President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Commander-in-Chief, about readiness for the drills on Wednesday, ITAR-TASS reports.

The drills are to demonstrate the advanced defense potential of Turkmenistan.
