Russian Hajj Council and Hajj mission mark 10th anniversary

Allahshukur Pashazadeh, head of the Caucasus Muslim Administration, Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov, Ilias Umakhanov, Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of Russia and Plenipotentiary for Hajj, Sergey Kuznetsov, Russian Consul General in Jidda, Ismail-Haji Berdiyev, Chairman of the Coordination Center of Muslims in the North Caucasus, and other officials attended the session.
Azerbaijani and Russian Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Vladimir Putin greeted the attendants.
Pashazadeh, marking his 60th anniversary, was awarded with the medal of Chechen President Akhmad Kadyrov for strengthening Islamic heritage and supporting Muslim consolidation. One of the streets in Grozny was named after him.
