New sports complex to open in Nalchik on Sunday

The grand opening of a sports and recreation center on the main avenue
of a children's stadium on Pacheva Street will take place in the
capital of Kabardino-Balkaria, Nalchik, on Sunday to celebrate the
455th anniversary of the voluntary accession of Kabardino-Balkaria to
Russia.

The total area of the two-storey sports complex is 6010 square meters.

The children's stadium is a fifty-years-old structure that has been
recently reconstructed.

Both sports facilities were constructed as part of the Federal Target
Program "Development of physical culture and sports in Russia,
2006-2015."
