'I am very well,' Turkey's Gül says

Turkish President Abdullah Gül took to Twitter to thank all the health personnel who helped him recover from a recurring ear infection, writing that he was "very well" after being discharged from hospital yesterday, Hurriyet informs.
 
"I am very well. I want to thank all the personnel from Hacettepe University Hospital and the Presidential health unit staff for all their efforts," Gül wrote, while also extending his gratitude to all the people who stood by him with their love and prayers. 

Gül had been undergoing treatment at Ankara's Hacettepe University Hospital after a recurring ear infection forced the Turkish leader to cut short an official trip to Kyrgyzstan and return to Ankara last week.
