Russian Shoes to open a factory in Karachay-Cherkessia

The Russian Shoes company will open a factory in the North Caucasian republic of Karachay-Cherkessia, Yuga.ru reports.

The factory is expected to produce 1 million pairs of shoes per year by 2014.
