Georgians in Russia cannot vote at parliamentary polls

Georgians in Russia cannot take part in the parliamentary polls, Georgian CEC head Zurab Kharatishvili said, Georgia Online reports.

He noted that citizens living abroad legally will have an opportunity to vote. They need to register at consulates.
