Chief of Armenian consulate department suspected of bribe-taking

Akop Aji-Akopyan, Chief of the Consulate Department of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, has been detained for bribe-taking, ITAR-TASS reports.

The diplomat was detained on Sunday. Besides customs fees, the official demanded citizens abroad to pay bribes, the National Security Service says.
