Russian parliament may form council of non-parliamentary parties

Speaker of the lower chamber of the Russian parliament Sergey Naryshkin said at the first day of the autumn session today that he plans formation of a council of non-parliamentary parties to stimulate dialogue, Interfax reports.

He reminded that he had wanted to form a platform for cooperation of parties in March. The council will be formed in the near future to improve legislative efficiency.
