US and Israeli leaders discuss Iranian nuclear program

US President Barack Obama and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have agreed to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons and continue bilateral talks on the problem, Radio Svoboda reports.

Obama said that he will not be able to meet Netanyahu during his visit to Washington. His earlier fail to meet Netanyahu was reportedly caused by disagreements about Iran.

The White House said that the Israeli PM will meet US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and other US officials.
